StreamDrop Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and S&L Application Development LLC ("StreamDrop," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the StreamDrop mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What StreamDrop Does

StreamDrop helps you track TV shows and movies across streaming services, get release alerts and reminders, and browse what's available on the services you use. StreamDrop is a discovery and tracking tool only — it does not stream, host, or provide access to any video content. Watching content requires your own active subscription to the relevant streaming service(s); a subscription to a streaming service does not come with or from StreamDrop.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of StreamDrop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a StreamDrop account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

StreamDrop offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) that unlock additional features, purchased through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Free trials, where offered, apply only to first-time subscribers within the StreamDrop subscription group; the exact trial length is shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation and refunds. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies — StreamDrop does not process payments or refunds directly.
• Changes to pricing or plans. We may change subscription pricing or features from time to time; changes will not apply to a subscription period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to StreamDrop's systems, other users' accounts, or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

StreamDrop displays show/movie information (titles, artwork, episode schedules, streaming availability) sourced from third-party data providers, including The Movie Database (TMDB) and Streaming Availability API. This information is provided "as is," and StreamDrop does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness — streaming availability, in particular, can change without notice and may not always be reflected accurately in the App.

StreamDrop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Peacock, Paramount+, or any other streaming service referenced in the App. All trademarks and service names belong to their respective owners.

6. Notifications

By enabling notifications, you agree to receive local alerts from StreamDrop about new episodes, upcoming releases, and reminders based on your own settings. You can disable notifications at any time in the App's settings or your device's system settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that show/availability information will always be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S&L APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED SHOWS, INACCURATE AVAILABILITY INFORMATION, OR NOTIFICATION FAILURES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S&L Application Development LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

Because the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and S&L Application Development LLC only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to the App.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
